The elections in Congo are a succession of dramatic events and organizational failures.
Violating the hopes raised after failed elections in 2006, the 2011 elections were worse than those of 2006. Those of 2018 were worse than the two previous. In addition to chaotic organization and systemic fraud, the processes are more deadly from one election to the next.
What’s going wrong in the Congo?
How to give elections their noble sense of citizen RDV in trust, for renewing national leaders (or fairely keeping some in fonctions) ?
The answer is, perhaps, in the diagnosis of past elections for better projection towards coming elections.
